Terms of Use

These Terms are between you and BodyMaker LLC (“BodyMaker”).

What BodyOS is

BodyOS is consumer software for personal record-keeping, planning, and coordination. It helps a user organize self-entered information, view summaries, and communicate with a human specialist. It is not intended for diagnosis, prediction, monitoring, treatment, or alleviation of disease.

Access

Access is issued by your provider with a personal code. Keep it to yourself: whoever holds the code reaches your record.

Your entries

What you write and send stays yours. You give BodyMaker the right to store it and show it back to you and to your specialists, for the purposes named in the privacy policy.

What the assistant says

Replies of the assistant may be inaccurate. They are informational and educational and are not medical advice. Decisions about your health are made together with your specialist.

What we ask of you

Send your own data, not someone else’s. Do not use the service to harm yourself or others.

Geographic availability

BodyOS is currently offered in the United States and select markets. The service is not available to residents of the European Union. If you reside in the EU, you are not eligible to use the service at this time.

Billing, subscriptions & cancellations

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime online, and your access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period. New subscribers have a 14-day initial refund window. Any separately priced third-party or one-time services already completed or initiated may be deducted from any refund if their value was disclosed before purchase. After the initial refund window, cancellation stops future renewals. The current paid billing period remains active through its end and is not prorated, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

For appointments and one-time services: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, no-shows, and completed services are non-refundable. Fees already incurred for laboratory, scanning, or other third-party services are also non-refundable once those services have been initiated.

Ending your access

You may delete your account in the app at any time. We may end access if the service is used against these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will tell you when we do.
